Disclaimer: I own nothing, I can only dream (how I got my name) Joss owns everything, I only own the plot. (what plot?)
Authors Notes: OK, first off, all of the notes that went with the other stories go with this one. With the big addition that Buffy is not dead. I suggest that you read the other ones or you won't know what is going on. This is completely AU, and takes place after Willow broke up with Oz. Tara never happened.
Dedications: To Charibob, who is so nice about posting my stories, and to Rona and Monica who gave me feedback and fed the muse. Thanks!
Seven months had passed by since Willow informed the Scooby Gang of her pregnancy. She was now seven and a half months along. She was getting big, and was completely into wearing maternity clothes. Spike was happier then ever. He would run from one end of the apartment to the other trying to contain himself, and then would ask Willow 15 times an hour, "Are you OK? Do you need anything pet?" and Willow, the ever so patient one, would reply that she didn't. Buffy and Giles had been decided on as godparents, but a baby name was still to be found.
One day, Willow and Spike were at Giles's apartment trying to come up with a name. Willow was writing down all the possibilities.
Giles said, "Rowan?"
Willow scrunched up her nose.
Buffy said, "William?"
Spike scrunched up his.
Buffy and Giles racked their brains. They were about to go to Borders and buy on of those baby names books, when Willow dropped her pen. Willow started to get up to pick up the pen, which was harder then you might think, she was seven months pregnant, but didn't make it to the pen. Before Willow could even move, Spike did a flying leap from his seat on a chair 5 yards away, landed on his stomach, grabbing the pen, and handed it to Willow. Buffy and Giles laughed. Willow rolled her eyes, but took the pen.
Willow turned to Giles and Buffy, "He's been doing that since I reached my second trimester." This only caused Buffy and Giles to laugh harder, imagining Spike doing dives around the apartment every time Willow dropped something, which was quite often.
Spike said, "What, you don't expect me to let a woman in your condition to overexert herself do you?" Buffy and Giles laughed harder. Willow laughed too, and then suddenly grabbed her stomach. Spike leapt to her side, "Are you alright luv?" Willow nodded her head.
"The baby decided to do their morning aerobics, that's all."
Buffy and Giles both put their hands on Willow's stomach to feel the baby kicking, while Spike said, "Maybe I should take you home Red, you don't look like your feeling well." Willow did look pale. After Giles and Buffy both agreed with Spike's appraisal of Willow's looks, Willow agreed to let Spike take her home.

An hour later, Willow and Spike were at home. Spike flipped through the mail to see what had come for that day. While he wasn't happy that his sire insisted on keeping tabs on the red head, it did make Willow happy, so he was pleased to see a letter, a long one from the looks of it, and a package from Angel where with the mail that day. WIllow squelled with delight when Spike gave them to her, and after the rest of the mail had been put away, Willow set to opening it. She read the letter quickly, and told Spike, "Angel says that he sent a gift, or two, with the letter, and that he hopes we like them. He also says that everyone in LA is doing well, that he is glad to hear my pregnancy is going well, and that he can't wait for his next trip back to Sunnydale to see us, and of course that he misses everyone."
Spike shook his head, "Bloody Poof, always was a sap. Well, open the package, don't want to keep me Sire waiting, he's probably sitting next to the phone right now waiting for a call about the gifts." Willow grinned at Spike a tore the brown paper from the box. When Willow finally got the package open, she gasped at what was enclosed. Inside the box were a three small blankets, each made from a soft matterial that was warm, and each blanket was a different color, one light blue, one leaf green, and one light purple, and underneath the blankets were three windchimes, each one small and light, and each one matched a blanket. Willow gasped over the beautiful gifts, and started crying.
Spike asked, "Whats wrong luv?" He looked distrested.
Willow sniffed, "N-Nothing. It's just that the gifts are s-so beautiful and it was so sweet of Angel to send them-m." Willow was hiccupping now. Spike smiled at her.
"Yes, it was nice of the poof to send us more stuff for the baby's room. Where do you want to put them?" Distracting Willow by asking how to decorate was the best thing Spike could have done. Willow was instantly focased on where to put the new things in the baby's room. They still called it the baby, because they had decided not find out what sex the baby was, going wth the traditional method of waiting until the baby was born. As the couple walked into the baby's room, Willow sighed.
"Whats the matter Luv," Spike asked.
Willow smiled over at him, "I just wished that the spell would make you human again after we have this baby. I kinda hoped when I had children that they wouldn't be only children like I was."
Spike looked over at Willow. "We could always adopt when the baby gets older, then it wouldn't be an only child." Willow smiled at Spike.
"I never thought of that." Then Willow stopped still, and Spike asked again, "Are you alright Pet?"
Willow looked at him, "I think my water just broke."

Two hours after that, the entire Scooby Gang was gathered in the hospital waiting room. Angel and Cordelia had come from LA, and Angel was trying to calm down a pacing Spike.
"Relax Spike, Willow and the baby are going to be alright." Angel said soothingly.
"Can you be sure? The baby's going to be 6 weeks early, and Willow has been in there awhile. And the doctors aren't telling us anything," Spike said before punching a wall. He left a small hole where he had hit it. Angel didn't say anything after that, realizing he could have been the recipient of that punch. That's when a doctor walked inot the waiting room. The Scooby Gang looked up at him. The doctor turned to Spike.
"Your wife is just fine Mr. Longstreet. She is in recovery, and if you'd like to go see her now.." The doctor was cut off by Spike pushing past him and heading to where Willow's room was. The rest of the Scooby Gang followed him. Spike reached the room, and there was Willow lying on the bed, looking a little tired but otherwise OK. In her arms were two babies, and the nurse besides her was holding another. Spike's jaw dropped. Willow was smiling broadly at him. The rest of the Scooby Gang and Angel entered the room then. Xander saw the three babies, realized what happened, and fainted. Giles was grinnig, and Buffy was imediately beside Willow, cooing over the three adorable babies. Angel was besides the babies, looking at them with a look of awe and wonder at them. He had just realized he was a grandfather. Willow smiled at Spike, who's jaw still hadn't left the floor, and said, "Hi there Daddy."
Spike looked at his children and then when the nurse offered to let him hold the one, he carefully held the tiny being, careful to support the head, just like he had been told to. Spike looked over at Willow when Buffy asked, "So what are you going to name them?"
Willow's eyes never left Spike's as she said, "Rona, Monica, and Charity."

Three days later the babies were at home. Xander was taking over Willow's duties as the researcher until she felt the kids were ready to bring them out of the house for longer periods of time. Xander ent over a book at Giles's apartment, and read the prophecy out loud. "There will be three, born of the fire haired and the forever young, that will be the deciders of the worlds fate. They are the females, the ever giving, the ever roaming, and the ever good..." Xander realized the connection and called Giles over from where he was researching an amulet. Giles looked at the book to where Xander had pointed. Then he turned pale as he read the prophecy. He instructed Xander to find all the books that mentioned the three girls before staring out the window, thinking *This can't be good*
